Founded in 1976, Renascença DTVM LTDA. (“Renascença”) entered the Financial and Capital Markets focusing its activities on Fixed Income and Open Market operations with institutional clients. Its equity segment contributed to the opening and underwriting of several companies, either alone or in partnership with other institutions.

Since August 1998, Renascença has also acted as a feeder for the largest and most modern information dissemination networks, offering data on the purchase, sale and trading of Brazilian Government Debt Securities, as well as other services in real time. There are approximately 1 million terminals, distributed without restriction to all subscribers in more than 187 countries and 330 cities around the world.

To expand its operations in the Financial and Agricultural Market, in March 2000 Renascença acquired the title of Clearing Member and another of Fully Qualified Commodities Broker of the BM&F —Bolsa Mercantil e de Futuros (Futures and Commodities Exchange).

With the merger of BOVESPA (São Paulo Stock Exchange) and BM&F (Futures and Commodities Exchange), Renascença enters the Bovespa segment as a Full-Service Broker as well as the Retail Market. In 2010, a new brand with the Renascença hallmark was created to cater for individual clients: the Renatrader Investment Portal

In 2021, Renascença DTVM was acquired by the Warren Conglomerate. The main objective of this merger is to combine the excellence and tradition of the current “Warren Rena” with institutional clients with Warren’s innovation and technology with retail clients, seeking to build a trajectory of considerable success and achievement in the Brazilian Financial Market.
