Renascença Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda. (“Renascença”) is an institution licensed to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil. Any and all communications made via he Internet are subject to disruption and failures in the information updating process, which may even invalidate them.

Renascença states that its clients' funds are held in their own registration accounts, used exclusively to record each client's transactions, as provided for in Article 12 of CMN Resolution 5008 of March 24, 2022.

However, it points out that the “registration account” is not to be confused with the “payment account” — referred to in article 6, item IV and 12 of Law 12865, of October 9, 2013 — and that funds held in registration accounts do not have a legal system equivalent to that of funds held in payment accounts, pursuant to article 12 of Law 12865/2013.
